About the event
Our 3 servings are made with the best of locally sourced ingredients: La Soupe Verte (a tasty Acadian vegetable soup accompanied by warm homemade bread), Pâté à la viande (a delightful meat pie lovingly paired with local greens), and our locally famous Poutine aux Beulevets (Blueberry spongecake divinely balanced with a caramelized brown sugar sauce). Tea and coffee will also be served.
